Important booking information
Booking & Payment
Once we've designed your perfect day on the water, we'll send you an invoice to secure your booking. Full payment is required within 48 hours. Once payment is received, your charter is locked in and ready to go!
Cancellation Policy
- More than 14 days' notice: Refund less a $250 administration fee.
- 7 to 14 days' notice: 50% refund.
- Less than 7 days' notice: No refund.
If we need to cancel due to weather, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond our control, we'll work with you to reschedule your charter. If rescheduling isn't possible, a full refund will be provided.
We understand that life happens, so if you need to make changes to your booking, please get in touch and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
